Comprised of nine weekend intensives, this integrative vinyasa yoga teacher training offers students the opportunity to immerse in the study, practice and transformation of vinyasa yoga while creating new and deeper connections within the self, and extended community, in a skillful way.

Online students will train along side the in-person training. Each weekend training session will be filmed and available in the online portal the following week.

The aim of this online offering is to be an interactive and integrative
training experience. It is my intention to create a sense of community and support amongst the online participants as well as with the in-person students. One of the greatest benefits of participating in a yoga (life) training is receiving Darshan, which means, to see and to be seen. I want you to be witnessed by your fellow students and to be the witness for them.

As a remote participant, you are invited and encouraged to join us each weekend, via livestream, for the Saturday morning asana practice. Online students are required to join via livestream for a minimum of three scheduled sessions to receive observation and feedback regarding asana and practice teaching.

The literal translation of the term vinyasa is “to place in a special way,” and the conceptual definition of vinyasa revolves around a multi-faceted approach to mindfulness through development of the skills of observation and inquiry. From these definitions, we distill the essence of vinyasa and the foundation of the program: to meet each individual where they are, without judgment, and to cultivate a more embodied sense of self, purpose, and how to use the tools of yoga in a skillful, efficient and effective way.

This program is designed to take students on a journey of personal development and transformation. Throughout the journey, students become teachers who are able to facilitate the state of yoga with depth.
The program is open to those who are ready to dive deeper into their own practice and understanding of yoga, as well as the lineage from which both have evolved. Students should be willing to courageously examine their stories and beliefs, within the safe and supported container of the yoga teacher training immersion, which aims to support and inspire individual growth and transformation.

Upon successful completion of 200 hours, participants will be qualified to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).
